Proud wife of my almost high school sweetheart. We live a life full of laughter, weekends spent exploring coffee shops & bookstores, digging in the garden, and evenings spent rewatching TV shows from the good old days (the 90s, am I right?).
Why This Matters To Me
I’ve never had the greatest memory.
Even as a kid, I’d feel moments slipping away—faces, laughter, the little details that made a season of life feel like mine. So I started keeping photos close. They became my way of holding on. A way to return.
But it wasn’t until someone I loved began forgetting—slowly, painfully—the life they had lived, the people they loved, and the moments we shared… that I felt this pull to photography become something more. Something vital.
Because our minds are fickle, time moves fast. But photos? Photos root us in the reality that yes, this happened. We were here. We laughed, we danced, we held each other close, and we lived something beautiful.
And now I get to offer that gift to others.
Whether I’m photographing your wedding day or an ordinary Tuesday that you never want to forget, my hope is that these photos become your way back. A way to remember not just how it looked—but how it felt to be loved, right then and there.
